Oat Flour (Certified Gluten-Free)

While oats are naturally gluten-free, they are often processed in facilities that handle gluten-containing grains. Certified gluten-free oat flour is safe for those with celiac disease.

Cassava Flour

Made from yuca root, it's a versatile flour with a neutral flavor.

Teff Flour

Ground from teff grains, it's a staple in Ethiopian cuisine and has a unique, earthy flavor.

Hazelnut Flour

Ground from hazelnuts, it's often used in desserts for its rich, nutty taste.

Green Banana Flour

Made from unripe, green bananas, it's gaining popularity as a resistant starch with potential health benefits.

Acorn Flour

Ground from acorns, it's less common but used in some traditional recipes.

Sweet Potato Flour

Made from dehydrated sweet potatoes, it adds natural sweetness to recipes.

These flours can be used alone or in various combinations to create gluten-free versions of your favorite recipes. Keep in mind that different flours have unique properties, so experimentation may be needed to achieve the desired texture and flavor in your gluten-free baked goods.
