Mixing psyllium husk powder can be tricky because it tends to clump when it comes into contact with moisture. Here's a trick to help prevent clumping:

Use Cold Water. Start by using cold water or another liquid called for in your recipe. Cold drinks can help reduce the risk of clumping.

Mix Gradually. Add the psyllium husk powder to the liquid slowly and gradually rather than dumping it all in. You can use a whisk or fork to stir continuously while adding the powder.

Stir Vigorously. Stir the mixture vigorously for a few minutes to ensure the psyllium husk powder is evenly distributed and doesn't form lumps. You can also use a blender or an immersion blender for this purpose.

Allow Time to Thicken. After mixing, give the mixture some time to thicken before using it in your recipe. Psyllium husk absorbs moisture and swells, which helps bind ingredients together.

Remember that psyllium husk can thicken liquids significantly, so don't be surprised if your mixture becomes quite thick as it sits. Adjust the liquid content in your recipe as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
