Do your recipes use sugar, oil and salt?

In some of our recipes, we do use sugar, salt, or oil as ingredients. However, it's important to note that we also offer alternative options and substitutions to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions.

1. Sugar. We may use sugar in certain recipes for sweetness or to facilitate the fermentation process, especially in sourdough baking. If you prefer to avoid sugar, you can often substitute it with alternative sweeteners such as maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar.

2. Salt. Salt is commonly used in baking and cooking to enhance flavor. While we do use salt in some recipes, you can adjust the amount of salt or choose to use low-sodium alternatives if you have dietary restrictions.

3. Oil. Oil is used in some recipes for moisture and texture. However, we also provide options for reducing or replacing oil with healthier alternatives like applesauce, mashed bananas, or nut butters, depending on the recipe.

Our goal is to offer flexibility in our recipes to cater to a wide range of dietary needs and preferences.
